Englewood Farm and Train at Belleview Park Refund Policy: No Refunds or Exchanges for Farm or Train Admission Tickets.
Malley Special Events: No Refunds or Exchanges for Malley Special Event Admission Tickets.
Malley Trips, Excursions: Refer to date listed in the Recreation Guide, ticket, and/or receipt for specific calcellation deadline.

Englewood Recreation Center and Malley Recreation Center Cancellation Policy:
Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment in an activity are subject to the following terms:
• Canceling an activity forfeits the participant’s reserved spot.
• Cancellation requests submitted less than 7 days prior to the activity start date, or after the deadline specified in the activity guide, will result in forfeiture of the full enrollment fee. No refund will be issued.
• Cancellation requests submitted 7 or more days prior to the activity start date or prior to registration deadline will receive a refund minus a $5.00 administrative processing fee.
• Refunds will be applied to the original payment method, unless the original payment method is cash or no longer valid, a check will be issued to the address on file within 15 days business days.
• If a class is canceled by the Recreation Department, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
This policy applies to all program registrations unless otherwise stated in the activity guide.
