Welcome to Neighborhood Block Party Trailer Reservations

The Block Party Trailer has everything you need to throw a block party.
Available for City of Englewood Residents only.
Reservations open on May 1 and can be reserved once per weekend from May 30 to October 24.
A $100 refundable deposit is required to rent the trailer.
If you are not able to pay the deposit please reach out to Neighborhoods@englewoodco.gov
The trailer must be reserved at least 10 days prior to your scheduled event.
The trailer will be dropped off on the Friday of the weekend selected by the applicant and picked up on the following Monday.

Persons applying to reserve the Block Party Trailer are required to submit the:

The trailer can only be reserved once per weekend. Select the Friday of the weekend you would like to reserve the trailer. The system will not allow you to pick any other day.
For example: If you would like to host your neighborhood block party on Sunday, June 8 then reserve the block party trailer on Friday, June 6.
The block party trailer will be dropped off to you on Friday, June 6 and it will be picked up on Monday, June 9.
