Welcome to Backyard Movie Night Reservations

The kit has everything you need to throw a movie night.
Available for City of Englewood Residents only.
Reservations open on May 1 and can be reserved once per weekend from May 30 to October 31.
A $50 refundable deposit is required to reserve the Backyard Movie Kit.
The kit must be reserved at least 10 days prior to your scheduled event.

Instructions

Please Note:
The Backyarde Movie Kit can only be reserved once per weekend. Select the Thursday of the weekend you would like to reserve the kit.
The system will not allow you to pick any other day.
For example: If you would like to use the Backyard Movie Kit on Saturday, June 21 then reserve the kit on Thursday, June 19.
The kit will be available for pick up on the Thursday of your reservation and will need to be returned the following Monday.

Backyard Movie Kit

The backyard movie kit has everything you need to throw a movie night with your neighbors/friends!
The equipment is available May 30-October 31 , Thursday-Sunday.
A $50 refundable deposit is required to reserve the equipment.

What is included:
- Projector
- White stretch screen
- Black non-stretch screen
- 2 Speakers (one active, one passive)
- Speaker wire
- 2 Tripod stands
- 1 Audio cable (2x2 RCA)
- 1 3.5 mm RCA adapter
- 4 Tie-down straps with hooks
- 4 Ground twist stakes
- 1 Outlet strip
- 1 Extension cord
- 2 Bungee cords
- 1 Carry bag for screen and tripods
- 1 Carry bag for electronics
- 1 Flashlight
- Parts bag (2 hex bolts, 2 eye bolts, 2 wing nuts, 2 knobs, 2 spring clips)
- Instruction booklet
